Security Deposit plus FIRST MONTH”S RENT to be paid in full 10 days prior to your arrival; Non-payment at 10 days will result in complete forfeiture of initial deposit and loss of reservation period.
Rent for second and subsequent months is due in full on first day of each subsequent month. Failure to pay will result in eviction and forfeiture of deposit/last month’s rent. Security Deposit will be applied to any damages/repairs/labor incurred.
Security Deposit less monies for incurred damages/repairs/labor will be returned within 14 days of departure.
