Pickup selector controls:
11 different pickup and phasing combinations. Has
ALL 7 parallel combinations, PLUS some series, series/parallel, and series/out
of phase combos for a total of 11.
Top knob is Volume - CTS 250K Volume pot
Middle knob is a 4-position rotary switch that expands the 5-way selector
configurations/phasing combinations available.
With middle knob in each of
the 4 positions, pickup combinations are:
Rotary in 1:
Position 1-
bridge
Position 2- bridge/middle
Position 3- middle
Position 4-
neck/middle
Position 5- neck
Rotary in 2: These are wired Parallel
Position 1- bridge/neck
Position 2- bridge/middle/neck
Position 3-
middle
Position 4- neck/middle
Position 5- neck
Rotary in 3: Bridge
and Neck in Series setting.
Position 1- bridge/neck in series ***VERY
Gibson-ish tone.
Position 2- bridge/neck in series/middle parallel
Position 3- middle
Position 4- neck/middle
Position 5- neck
Rotary in 4: Bridge and Neck in Series, out of phase setting.
Position
1- bridge/neck in series, out of phase and PARALLEL TO middle
Position 2-
bridge/neck in series/out of phase ***NOTE: NOT a thin out of phase! Has some
BITE, like Albert King's tone.
Position 3- middle
Position 4-
neck/middle
Position 5- neck
Bottom knob is a push-pull, and functions
as Master Tone when down, Black Ice Passive Distortion when pulled up.
This is
the most playable guitar you'll ever touch!
