Who: Anyone! All age groups
What: Interactive, fun, and
effective weekly SPANISH classes
When: You pick a time on Tuesdays OR
Fridays, or schedule your group or co-op (email to discuss).
Where: NW Raleigh
near 540/Leesville Rd. or YOUR location (for groups or co-ops)
Length: Classes
will last 50-60 minutes each
Cost: $10 per lesson per person (sibling
discounts available)

say, "I took 2 (or 3, or 4) years of Spanish and can hardly speak a
word?"
That's because formal, traditional Spanish classes (and curricula)

Why Live Action SPANISH:
1. I’m offering you a FREE lesson,
face-to-face, so that you can see for yourself that Live Action SPANISH
classes/methods/techniques STAND APART from everything else you've ever tried!
You have NOTHING to lose.
2. I have YEARS AND YEARS of experience teaching
Spanish and ESL, writing curriculum, and researching methodology. I have tried
it all, and I truly believe this is the best, kindest, and most worthwhile way
to teach (or learn!) Spanish.
3. You (and/or your students) will go from
pulling out your hair to SMILING from ear to ear. You'll learn faster and
retain more!
4. It is an honor to tell you that my students drive from
places like Oxford, Stem, and Cary to take my classes. They must think it's
worth the drive. ; )
5. You'll learn whether you have NO experience with
Spanish or YEARS worth of instruction.
6. If $ is an issue, perhaps we can
come up with a bartering arrangement.
7. If your children "take" Spanish
elsewhere, will IT "take"??
If you buy a program for home study, and they use
it diligently for weeks/months/years and it doesn't "take," have you saved
money? How much of it will they remember in 2 years? 5 years? 10 years?

one-time registration fee of $10 per student is due if/when you join. (This
non-refundable fee will cover all the materials required for an entire school
year of Spanish classes).
Payment: First lesson free. $10 per lesson per
person payable monthly at the beginning of each month. Missed lessons will not
be refunded unless I cancel or special arrangements are made.
Canceling: You
can cancel at any time for any
reason.

About
Me:
I am not a native speaker but have often been mistaken for one by native
speakers. My own Spanish teachers, native speakers from Puerto Rico and
Colombia, S.A., really made Spanish fun for me. So I majored in Spanish at NCSU
and earned a BA degree in Spanish Language and Literature in 1989. I have
taught Spanish to individuals, groups, classes, and/or co-ops ever since. My
experience includes ages from pre-K to adults, with 10 years in public schools
and 9 years with private groups such as professional groups, homeschool groups,
and private school groups.
