Great tenants - my sister and I - are seeking great landlords - maybe you?
Our ideal home would be either out in the country or in a secluded
residential area within 50 miles of Traverse City, preferably with a couple of
acres or more. An old farmhouse could be perfect. Would consider home with only
a nice backyard.
Must be long-term rental (yearly or longer)! We want a home
where we can live year after year. If you want settled tenants and a reliable
rental income for future years, here we are.
Must be pet-friendly! We have
three toy-breed, well behaved dogs and several older, neutered cats, all well
trained and tidy. We prefer larger house (6 or more rooms) but might consider
smaller place.
We are two sisters aged 61 and 62, one retired, the other
working at Munson in TC. Excellent tenants! Self reliant, settled, dependable,
clean, non-smokers. We would be happy to do the property upkeep, and any minor
fixing up or repairs that need to be done.
We just want a home where we can
settle down with our furry family and grow old(-er).
Our timeframe for
moving in is flexible (now through winter).
