Too much to list but here it goes anyway: Starting with the rebuilt A.M.C. 304 ci motor. all new: K&N air cleaner, Holley 600 double pumper carb, Edlebrock performer intake, Edlebrock chrome valve covers, Crower cam, crane valve springs & retainers, Harland Sharp roller rockers, TRW rings and bearings, custom 10 to 1 Ross Nitrous pistons and pins, new MSD distributor, MSD blaster 2 coil and 8.5mm MSD wires, Every rubber hose in this Jeep is new from gas tank filler tube to flexible brake lines to radiator hoses. Flow Kooler high volume water pump. Carter electric fuel pump, Electric fan, 100 amp chrome alternator, steel diamond plate rock crawler oil pan. Balanced crankshaft to flywheel, Center force stage III clutch and Pressure plate. Flow master 2.5" exhaust with inside the frame headers.
All new totally rebuilt running gear (NOT just freshened up!) The clutch and transmission work smooth, quiet and flawlessly. Factory T15A 3 speed transmission, Dana 18 transfer case. Front end is a Dana 30 with 4.10 gears and lockright locker, rear end is a Dana 44 with 4.10 gears and Detroit locker. Diff. vents moved into engine compartment for water wheel'n. New power steering pump, gear box, and custom engine brackets. New Borgenson steering shaft. A green LED light is tucked away in the floor so you ARE SURE when the rig is in reverse on that mountain ledge and going fwd. would be a big mistake!
All new from U joints, clutch hardware, Warn Hubs, stainless steal diff. covers, Brakes and brake hardware, Brake lines, Master cylinder. New Polyurethane front end rebuild ,4 new leaf springs with Polyurethane end bushings,spring supports beefed up with extra metal plates welded to frame and supports and shackles have been strengthened with square stock welded in between each set. 2 inch suspension lift and 2 inch body lift. Custom heavy duty front and rear skid plates.
The body has been removed, frame cleaned reworked and painted black, 2 inch rear wheel tubs welded in, floor reinforced, spray in bed liner inside tub and all underneath. Built in tail lights, new reverse lights and new chrome head light rings. Cool custom tubed bolt in front fenders tie into frame in front and tube runs all the way back to the firewall. Very nice welding and fabrication job on fenders! Custom tailgate, custom rear bumper and rear body filler panels welded in to take up gap from body lift. New gas tank. New windshield and windshield to body seal. Custom side steps tucked up and in out of the way but still very user friendly for getting in and out of this Jeep. The roll bar has been modified to be removed easily. Frame work added to support the new seats, side tubes and rear bars added to tie the new 5 point harnesses into. Custom steel diamond plate winch mounting plate with new warn 9000 lb (XD9000i) winch mounted and wired ready to use, spooled in and out once. Custom rock crawler front bumper. Bikini top. New wiring kit throughout with spayed type fuse box. New Jeep type speedometer and all other gages are new VDO brand in custom diamond plate dash.
Locking steel diamond plate center console houses stereo, CB, and keyed alarm switch For the working alarm system. Rockford fosgate 240 amp is nicely located under drivers seat. Console also has a large storage compartment. The storage compartment under the passenger seat is customized and still usable. Killer Mike Lavallee inspired Blue true fire flame paint job. Painted by David Obee of Straight Curves restorations. Exterior paint: House of Color brand **(HOK)** KD2000 Direct to Metal epoxy Primer used trough out, DuPont Chroma base custom dark black cherry base coat, (HOK) cobalt blue flames with beautiful blue pearl and purple accents,(HOK) Orion silver grill, and (HOK) UC35 clear coat. The flames are much darker and detailed in person you can look into them and see the layers of flame. Mesmerizing like watching real fire. The engine compartment is painted with (HOK) Bright Orion silver with (HOK) cobalt blue flaming ghosts, demons, and skulls, painted on the hood, radiator support and inner fender wells.(HOK)UC35 clear coat. Super detail !!!!
Jeep comes with new never installed chromed steel bead lock wheels. Jeep could use new on road tires on the gray metallic rims and the old tires tires would be great for the bead locks for some off road action. Tires are checked/cracked from age and use, but are still very good usable tires with lots of tread
