1978 CARVER SANTA CRUISE 26ft
This Cabin Cruier is wel equipped for sea travel, with a strong stringerd fiberglass hull, a sealed water proof cabin with safety glass windows, independent cooling system, plenty of fresh water and fuel capacity, and a dependable350 V8 by Volvo.
There are no legally trailable cabin boats made with this many appointments and this much Teak wood. In New England down eastern boat makers offer glass boats with Teak decks and interiors, but they are not trailable without permits (which are very expensive)
This Cruiser was stored in a dry barn in WI for 25 years. When found it had and has only 295 running hours on it. All fabrick and woodwork has been restored to new. The 350 CI Volvo Pentor motor and outdrive have been gone over and are up to new specks. The compressor of all cylinders are within 5lbs.
The cruising speed is 18-20 MPH.
