Ad #647759 - handsome gelding - quarter x
I bought Chester for my 10 year old sister, but since she is a beginner he is a little too much for her. He's very gentle and like a puppy on ground, so I imagine he just sensed her inexperience and that's why he gave her a hard time in the saddle.
I just had his feet done on August 5th, and he has a negative coggins as well.
He's been pastured with my horse and several sheep since we got him, and he gets along really well with all of them. The day we brought him home, as I was walking him up to the barn, one of my kittens walked up and curled around his legs and he didn't mind at all. He just stood still until it was clear to walk again...so apparently he is used to smaller animals as well.
Chester is very good looking with and without a saddle, and everyone comments on his good looks when they see him. I wonder if he has some arab in him because of his slim build and his fluent motion - he's very graceful looking.
Please feel free to call if you are interested in taking a look at him. I am excepting offers, so don't be afraid of making one!
