This mini collector's plates is brand new. The plate is in excellent condition with no scratches or defect of any kind. The plate is approx. 3 1/2" in size. The back of the plate says, Norman Rockwell, "Girl at the Mirror", not for food use may poison food, CPC, Made in China.
This item would be a great addition to your Norman Rockwell collection.
PAYMENT:
Payment in U.S. funds is due via PayPal or Money Order, must clear before shipping. It is perfectly fine to pay with a Money Order, but remember that you will need to allow 14 business days from the date you mail your Money Order for your item to be shipped. I don't call the banks to find out about the clearing status for each Money Order I receive, so if 14 business days is longer than you would like to wait, please pay with a Verified Paypal with a confirmed address.

Please remember that insurance is not offered for items shipped via First Class International so any loss or damage in shipping is entirely your risk.
INSURANCE FOR U.S. SHIPMENTS:
Insurance (which is an additional cost of $1.70 for items valued up to $50, $2.15 for items valued at $50.01-$100.00 and on up from there) is at the buyer's option; however, items shipped without insurance are done so at the sole risk of the buyer. No refunds will be made for any reason for any loss or damage in shipping on items shipped without insurance. If you are making a Paypal payment, don't forget to add the optional insurance to your total if you want your item insured.
