My Hope Chest has developed a survey that NEEDS YOUR PARTICIPATION, please!
The information we get from this study will be used to help us gather support to further this mission. It seems that the need for reconstruction surgery funds is overlooked by many; and almost seen as a non-issue because insurance that covers mastectomy pays for reconstruction now (most of the time); and LET'S NOT FORGET that a good deal of people still think of breast reconstruction as cosmetic.
Your participation is VITAL to My Hope Chest and the dozens of women waiting for our help. Funding is hard to come by without proving the great need.
The survey will only take a few minutes, and is easily accessed by a link on our website. Personal information is not required for your participation, but there is a place for you to share it with us if you'd like further information from us, etc.
