Rue is looking for a foster home!
Meet Rue!
Rueis sitting in a cold cell at the pound just waiting for someone to rescue her. We need to find a foster home for her so that we can get her out of jail.
Rue and Buck came into the pound together. We think they might have been used as a breeding pair. Both dogs are very sweet and want nothing more than to have somewhere to lay their heads and someone to love.
Rue is a big girl, and could stand to lose a few pounds. She is being kenneled separate from Buck, but was thrilled to see him and get their pictures taken together. She would either like to be adopted with Buck, or would like another large dog for company.
Rue is a very sweet girl. She will sit as soon as she see's a treat! She also knows down and loves belly rubs! She could use some work walking on a leash, but she's smart and would be a quick study.
Rue currently has a small sore on her cheek, but it is healing nicely. In the photo below with two dogs, Rue is the one on the left. She is a little heavier than Buck.
