Sri Sri Yoga is a UNIQUE eight-hour workshop that integrates all of the different dimensions of yoga: physical postures, breathing techniques, meditation and ancient wisdom. Sri Sri Yoga helps you experience total well-being - a harmonious body and mind. Student gain a take-home practice for stress relief and is suitable for beginners as well as experienced yoga practitioners
The course is a complete program including:
- Gentle and vigorous series of yoga postures (asanas)
- Powerful breathing techniques (pranayamas)
- Application of yogic knowledge
- Simple tools for relaxation
- Yogic perspective of attaining a balanced diet
- Introduction to Ayurveda
- Development of a personal practice.
About the Teacher: Tanuja Limaye is a Senior International Teacher with the Art of Living Foundation. She travels worldwide teaching people of all backgrounds, cultures and religions on how to effectively manage their mind and emotions, eliminate stress, live in harmony amid diversity and bring greater peace and joy into their lives.
Over the past decade with Art of Living Foundation, Tanuja Limaye has taught extensively in Europe, the Mid East, Japan, Southern Africa, Canada and the United States. Her specialties include training and inspiring Art of living teachers and teaching advanced level Art of Living courses designed to help participants remove self-imposed limitations and realize their full potential.
