Here’s what I personally do to each “CH80” before it leaves my shop…
change out bearings, rings, gaskets, bolts, chamfer the edges of the ports in the cylinder, re-jet the carbs, lube everything, measure in everything, and make sure everything is in proper working order.
This is the ideal engine for someone who is not so budget conscious and wants nothing but the best when it comes to a bicycle engine kit.
