Help! I'm getting married in March and am looking to rent out my house on Ragan Avenue in Henderson. It has 980 square feet; 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, a large kitchen, nice sized family room and another room that could be utilized as either another bedroom or a toy room. It has a new fridgerator, new hot water heater, a washer/dryer, and a gas stove. Rent is 550 a month with a one year lease. Deposit is 550 also. This house has been great for my daughter and I for the past 3 years! I will be making improvements to the house and landscaping during the course of the coming year.
