Livingroom is also already furnished. Current roommates work at publix and one is an agriculture student. The apartment is located in the back so its pretty quiet. Looking for someone who is fairly clean. The Estates has a bus route to campus up front and is located near Sweetbay Market. Washer and Dryer included. No pets. The complex also has pools, a fitness center, as well as a tanning bed.
