I believe that if a contractor works on your home, the contractor needs to be able to do the work themselves. This way they will know if the job is being done RIGHT! Doing home remodeling you really need someone who does remodeling and is a licensed Contractor for the state that the work that is being undertaken in. I have 30 years of experience in repairing and remodeling homes, not to mention building some of the most beautiful new homes in the country! With everything I bid on, I have the ability of doing the job myself. I do not like to have more than one or two jobs going at any given time. Doing that gives me extra control over the jobs, ensuring customer satisfaction!
