Looking for a responsible, easy-going, fun, and nice young woman between 18-26. I am moving out of my apartment within the month, so I need to take my spot in the house. It has five bedrooms, and you would have your own bedroom, two baths (one of which was just renovated), a large living room, and a spacious kitchen/dining area. The room that I am vacating has the largest closet in the house, easily heatable in the winter and cool in the summer. You must be able to stay through at least August 2009 (although you are more than welcome to stay through August of 2010). Room available as soon as you want it. Rent is $320 per month, not including utilities but utilities never exceed more than $100 and are between $60-80 99% of the time. There is a bus stop right across the street, the house is a 10 minute walk from the University of Pittsburgh and is close to Southside, the Waterfront, Shadyside, Downtown, and all of the local hotspots.
