Major manufacturer with large plant (1000+ employees) in west Alabama has opening at the Plant Controller level. Responsibilities will include month-end closing, forecasting, planning, and internal control oversight of inventories and fixed assets. This position will also oversee payroll as well as the product costing function at the facility. The successful candidate will have a stable/progressive work history with 10+ years of accounting experience in a big company manufacturing environment.
