If there is a Dog or Cat you love, or a new Car, or a place, your Internet Home is a place where you can share them with the world. For example, go to Google and type in "My Dog" or "My Cat", or "My New Car" or whatever you want and you will come to thousands of peoples Websites telling you about them.
These are people using their Internet Home as a "Personal" Website. And then of course they may also have an Internet Home advertising their business.
Whatever a persons reason is, its their Home on the Internet. In the real world we take it for granted that we have to pay our bills or our rent. In the same way in order to have your Internet Home, you have to pay rent to whats called a "Host".
