It´s within walking distance of many great restuarants, a diner, a deli, a bakery, a park, a supermarket, ATMs & banks, and public transportation. The Italian Market is on the same street and as for shopping you´re only 5-6 blocks away from The Gallery.
As for the apartment, it´s a great fit for young professionals. There are hardwood floors and central air throughout. On the 2nd floor you´ll find a living room, dining room, eat-in kitchen, washer/dryer, and powder room. On the 3rd floor there are 3 bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a door to the roof for sunbathing. There are three rooms in the apartment: two are DOUBLE rooms, each very spacious and fit for two double beds. The third room is slightly smaller and fits one double bed. There are currently 5 people now living in the apartment.
The apartment is available anytime after April. A lease must be signed and references provided. The security deposit is a total of one months rent ($1,900.)
