Our management services include and certainly are not limited to the following:
Administration: Monthly Service Records including itemized records of all transactions, Pay all bills pertaining to the properties maintainance
Maintenance: Preventive maintenance which includes routine scheduled inspections
Recommendation of appropriate maintenance. Arrange for all necessary repairs to the property.Provide 24 hour emergency maintenance and carefully choosen subcontractors.
All of the vendors we use to complete maintenance of your property are bonded and insured. They all have a professional working relationship with us and have the same goal of providing above standard customer service and quality work performance. We ask all vendors to report any damages or suspected breach of contract to our personnel.
Quality Assurance & Compliance:
Inspect interior of property at lease twice each year
Inspect property at time of leasing and move out

Been awhile since you heard from us? Call us and we will respond with the condition of your property. We can respond by email or call you personally with up to date property condition and pictures provided.
You will not have to wait on your monthly rental proceeds. We make every effort to insure your funds will be received no later than the 15th of the current month.
Advertising: Effective advertising makes the difference! Ambassador Property Management is aggressive when it comes to advertising efforts. We may take advantage of many different free advertising, but have other avenues of many type available for competitive costs.
Application Processing: Ambassador Property Management uses the services of all available licensed realtors. If you have a realtor of your choice we will work with him/her in order to find the best tenant for your investment. If you do not have a realtor we work with the most experienced and knowledgeable realtors around. We work among the best in the business including the number rated Century 21 First Place Realty. All Applicants completed the Texas Association of Realtors® Residential Lease Application.
