Almost all transactions and preparation can be done via email because many clients are out of the area. If you (the client) are in the service area we are more than happy to arrange a meeting at your convenience. We will prepare the Property Management Agreement and discuss the condition of the property and any further preparation before leasing the property or transfer of management.
We will be completing a property management condition report and meeting with any occupants in order to introduce ourselves or if the property is vacant obtain access. We will make initial documentation and/or photography of the property upon the first visit after transfer.
If your property has yet to be leased we will work with the realtor of your choice or we will use one of our reliable realtor partners and begin advertising in the newspapers, online, the MLS (Multi Listing Service), etc. We have many advertising tools at hand in order for full exposure of leasing opportunities. We will make certain your property is presentable as we place our leasing & property management signs in your front yard. You will be in tune every step of the way.
