You would share the apartment with the current roomate, 25/f, and one cat, Loui. You would also have access to the basement for storage or workspace, a back yard, front yard and driveway. Utlitities to be paid by you and the roomate are Peco Electric, PGW gas (for the cooking stove and to heat the hot water), and optional if you want to pay for internet and have highspeed comcast; heat is included in the rent.
The roomate that you would share the apartment with may or may not be subleting her room to someone we know in June to take a job out of state for 3 months. (Please ask for details if interested)

Move in could be May or June, which ever is better, and you would stay until the lease is up in December, or you can continue to live on a month to month lease after that. But you would be signing a lease none the less which requires a credit check - (you can obtain a free credit report online if you have never done that before, and if your credit is bad and you have a cosigner, this may work)
To take over the lease, you will need first, last and security deposit ($390x3=$1170) where your first months rent would apply to your move in month, last months rent would apply to December, and security well you know how that works.
