I am looking for someone to sublet my room for one month this summer from May 26th until June 30th. My apartment is at 2637 Ellendale Place in a quiet, securely gated building just a few blocks north of the USC campus. You would have your own spacious room, bathroom, and walk-in closet in a 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment. Rent is $925 per month, and $75 extra per month if you want a parking spot in the building (but there is lots of street parking available too).
There is an air conditioning unit in the living room and in each bedroom. Kitchen is equipped with new stove, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer. LOTS of cupboard space in the kitchen and living room, which also has its own closet. High-speed wireless internet and basic cable are available, but not included. Water is paid for by the building, so you would just have to split gas and power bills with the other tenant. Several laundry machines are available for use in the building.
