1979 Porsche 928
Classic 1979 Porsche 928, V8. RARE 5 speed manual stick shift with 95,000 miles.
Very nice charcoal black body with original paint (see photos). Usually covered or garaged when not being driven. Black leather interior in good shape (see photos) with usual wear. One or two splits in the leather on the seams of driver seat (see photos). Back seats and ceiling are very nice.
Kenwood am/fm removable face stereo (comes with car but not installed). This beauty runs excellent.
Fresh oil less than 200 miles ago. One headlight just went out but the fog lamps light the road just fine and double as headlights until someone replaces the burnt bulb. Around 15 or 20 bucks at the most.
I like using the fog lamps anyway. It kinda gives the car a Ferrari look.
Two scratches in paint on passenger side near gas cap. A little paint flaking around base of rear window and one minor scuff on underside of body just below driver door which I believe is from the car cover lock rubbing on the bottom of the car darn it (see photos).
I LOVE THIS CAR!!!... but need more money for down-payment on a new condo for me and my gal, here in San Diego.
Power windows and manual door locks. Air conditioning is not working. Might be the Relay which would be a 30 to 75 dollar part just like a large fuse the size of a large dice, or it might need a compressor, I don't know and I never drove the car enough to worry about air conditioning.
This was my trophy car. I looked at it more than I drove it. It deserves to be driven a lot more. Buy her... Enjoy her... Take care of her...
