Apartment is a first floor apartment and the common areas will be fully furnished by myself. The only furniture you need is that which you would like to put in your own bedroom. You will have your own private bedroom and will share bathroom and remaining living space with me. Preferred move in date is August 1, 2009, however, if needed, there is the opportuinity to move in as early as mid-June.
