Hi fellow woodworkers! I have over 850 green and dry, air dried slabs, 200+ pieces of lumber and several turning blocks and burls all in a variety of dimensions. My largest slabs are over 14 feet long with varieties of lengths; some are 52" wide! Furthermore, most of my slabs are cut to 3" thick but can easily be planed down at my trusted and reliable friends shop which is local. I get new stock often, so please contact me with specific dimensions and I will see what we have. Since our stock is so vast, understandably we cannot photograph everything we have to offer, but I guarantee it will be worth your time to come visit us! About Me and My Highly Figured Walnut

My name is Glenn Holsworth and I'm a retired roofer of over 35 years in the San Francisco Bay Area. I've been working with wood since the age of 17 building anything from cabinets, tables, jewelry boxes and wood turnings. For the past 30 years, I have been hunting down the best salvaged California Black Walnut (Claro Walnut) in the Northern California region as well as other exotic species of wood. All of the walnut slabs and turning blanks that I have were cut and milled by myself, friends and family on an Alaskan Mill with a 66" bar in order to cut up to 52" wide slabs. Furthermore, since we strive to be a green organization, all wood is milled from salvaged/fallen trees and we do not solicit nor encourage the removal of trees solely for the purpose of milling them into lumber. On our website, you will find that I have many pictures of the slabs and turning blanks that are available. In addition to the selection on here, I also have several others for sale with a variety of dimensions and depth of figure. Furthermore, I have new stock updated weekly so please continue to check our site.

I have incredible book matched walnut sets that are massive! They have been drying for over 2 years and should be 90% dry if not completely dry. The dims are 47 wide and goes to 54 wide and then ends at 42 wide and is 13.5 ft. long. VERY RARE!

NEW STOCK of S2S lumber ranging from 1.5inch to 3inch. Slabs are 20% straight grain, 80% curly and/ or burley. All slabs are flitch cut to ensure easy book matching.
