I have a single 2 bedroom-1 1/2 bath home in Lemoyne, Pa and I am looking for a non-smoking roommate to rent the other bedroom with full use of the home. The cost is $275 and half of the utilities, which includes internet and cable. (On average the total runs about $525). There is a small yard and a washer and dryer.
