My name is Trip and I live with my fiancee and a male shepard/collie mix in a 3 bed/2 bathroom house. We need a roommate to sign a lease asap and you could stay until May 2010. $450 a month includes water, electricity, heat/ac and internet (no cable but this is negotiable). Room is about 11' x 12' with window, closet, cable hook up and personal bathroom (not attached to room). Washer/dryer, fenced in back yard, pool table in the garage parking in the driveway. We are open to all types but are looking for mature, respectful roommate. Dogs are welcome but needs to be able to get along with our dog.
