The monthly payment of our Rent to Own properties is equal to "Below Market Rent".
Purchase Terms
You can lock in the purchase price, move into the property and finance once you're credit is repaired. That means you are able to build equity as you are purchasing the property through our home buyer program. We do not require down payments which means you can move in for no money down, however you need to provide us with the 1st month's rent. This may sound too good to be true, but your objective is to buy the house. We feel that if you are serious about purchasing the house and you are going to obtain 100% financing through our lending services, there is no need for you to scrape together $1000, $3000 or $5000 to join the Rent to Own Home Buyer Program.
