This country cottage is only 15 minutes to downtown Winston-Salem and 6 miles to US 52. Convenient for professionals to Wake Forest University and Salem College.
The all electric cottage has 2 bedrooms with 9 foot ceilings and hardwood floors; they share a bath with ceramic tile. The cottage also has a large living room with a nine foot ceiling, hardwoods and a nonworking fireplace. The kitchen comes equipped with electric stove and refrigerator. Laundry room is centrally located and is equipped with a washer and dryer for your use. Mini blinds on all windows. The cottage is approximately 1,000 sq ft.
The cottage also has rocking chair porches on both the front and the rear where you can relax and enjoy the breeze. A tin roof lulls you to sleep in the rain.
A utility building is available for storage.
Water, weekly lawn service, and garbage pickup is included.
