Purebred Nigerian Dwarf Dairy Goats, milking stand, supplies, some does in milk now!
Herd of 8 does and 1 buck, nine total, all from excellent dairy lines. The does with the exception of two that were born Feb. and March this year are bred and could produce you twins if the breeding 'took'. Some are second fresheners, others first. Bucky (the buck) is one of the sweetest bucks you could ever meet, very loving as are all the does. All are beautiful colors and some blue eyed. Two does are still in milk for your immediate consumption.
We raised the herd all natural, free ranged and supplemented with natural feeds, however when young they were given preventatives that were medicated. They are now on herbal and natural wormers that will not hurt the milk. Goats hoofs were recently professionally trimmed.
This package will include a very sturdy, well made milk stand with head lock, however most does will stand freely. You also get a weathering tool and 3 packs of weather bands. A brand new Kidding Record book, 4 kid coats for winter babies, a sealed bucket of Kid Replacer, large bag of herbal intestinal toner to be used with the large bag of herbal wormer that is included. A small sealed package of non-medicated scours powder, kid vaccinations, organic iodine, these products were all new purchased this past year from Hoegger Goat Supply except for the milking stand. There might be something I missed in listing this, if so it goes with the goats along with any feeds we have at the time of sale.
The goats are handled daily, all have names that they know, they will walk with you and come when ready to be put up for the night.
Goats can be loaded easy, they follow us right up to a trailer, especially if bribed with feed or they will climb in your car if you wish, like I said they are VERY friendly!
The ND goats are great with kids of all ages, they will give kisses. Just think mom will have milk for the family to drink, to cook with, make soap, make yummy healthy goat cheese or pour fresh into a bath tub of water for a relaxing soak and nice soft skin! Kiddo’s would benefit learning to live off their own land, producing their own food! How much fun is it hearing a new born goat kid cry for it’s mom, the interaction of doe and kids at play, very fun!
