We own this property for this week and we go every year to Cancun. This year we won't be able to go.
It is a 2 Bedroom 2 bath with kitchen and livingroom Villa.
One bedroom with a king size bed and the other bedroom 2 queen size beds.
It has a murphy sofa in the livingroom.
It is a great location seafront.
It fits 8 confortably.
The rental is for the week of JULY 25 to AUGUST 1ST 2009.

This is a two bedroom with full kitchen and livingroom for $1,600.
It is a great resort with activities for the kids.
You can call directly to verify prices for that week with the agents. It is a great deal about 1/2 the price of the villa.
