Financing for documentary letter of credit / DLC:
If you are a global commodities trader and in need of a funding bank to monetize your buyer's documentary letter credit, thank you for reviewing this web page.
It will take approximately 3 to 5 banking days for us to set you up and obtain
financing with our funding bank for the 1st transaction, and for the future LOC's you will receive financing within 24 hours.
There is a one time $8K USD retainer fee (so that you don't shop your deal around and waste our time, which is refundable upon closing, and also refundable if our bank do not deliver funds. However, if your instrument is fraudulent, this retainer fee is not refundable).
The total success fee is 2% of FACE VALUE and this will apply to ALL future transactions you will send to our banker for the next 5 years... the LTV depends on the terms and conditions of your LOC (only our banker can determine that LTV).
If you decide to move forward: We will have our banker set up an account for you once we are properly engaged (retainer fees paid and paperwork signed and notarized), so you can bring future transactions seamlessly like clockwork.
