wanted... a 1-2 bedroom apartment or house to rent in the washington court house or greenfield area. 30 years old with 2 jobs and no children. go to school part time as well. i have a pet bird but no dogs or cats. price negotiable depending on condition and size of the place. prefer not to sign a year contract but would consider signing a shorter term one. would prefer a place with a washer/dryer hookup.
