I am selling a one seater couch that is extremely comfortable. It is upholstered in suede and is very soft. I bought it last year at Leon's for 450 and i haven't used it but instead it has been in storage for 1 year. It's new and is in very good condition!! this couch is available for pick-up only and you would need 2 strong people to lift it out of the apartment. The couch measures 35 inches deep, 41 inches wide and 36 inches tall. Only serious buyers please. This couch needs to go ASAP
