I am opening my home to either a single man or woman or a couple that cannot fully take care of themself as an alternative to a group living facility. This is my private home and is in an exceptional area right across the street from the ocean. I have a pool, hottub, and many other ammenities. This would be your home, not a strange expensive group living facility. I also have a seperate cottage that is still on my land that is also availible.
