Kammavaca is the most sacred of religious text. This manuscript is made from palm leaf and covered with red lacquer and 24kt gold leaf then black lacquer is applied in a ancient Pali script. These manuscripts are presented to novice Monks and typically contain the rules and instructions of the monastery. These are very rare in such good vcondition. This set contains 16 pages and is mounted on black silk within 2 gold leaf frames. Each frame is 44 in tall and 27 in wide.
