Here at Glamorous Pooch we believer that the first 16 weeks of their lives is the most important, when it comes to socializing. This has the most impact on their lives, as they grow into adulthood. Which is why we do not crate keep them 24 hours a day, like pet stores/most kennels. They are raised in a home like enviroment with a doggie day care schedule. Crates are used for house training and when they can not have direct supervision.
We also believe that by beginning house training at an early age, this will help prevent our adorable puppies from being re-homed, in the future. We work very hard to bring the most precious and well rounded pet, into your home. We begin this process as soon as the litter arrives and most are 90% trained before leaving us! We start by using an indoor training system, very similar to litter training a kitten. This system is amazingly easy for a young puppy to understand, and helps them transfer to an outdoor system, if desired.
Don't worry though, we will spend as much time with you and the family, as needed. We also help you develop a schedule around your daily routine , to make the transition into your home easy and successful!
Glamorous Pooch also follow the philosphy that a healthy and happy puppy is more important than quantity. We are very selective and only work with a specific group of reputable, local, and licensed breeders. Most of them are affiliated with or members of professional breeding organizations. We never have and never will deal with "puppy brokers", but only the breeder directly!
All of our precious puppies receive their shots, wormings, and kennel cough vaccines. Many also will have already started on Revolution, which combines, heartworm, flea/tick, mange, and ear mite prevention. They also have a written health guarantee.
