We have a 1981 Parkwood available. We are looking to sell it AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. All offers will be considered, This home has much to offer. It sits off of the on ramp to M-53 with a nice pine tree line. The neighbors are very nice, kind and keep to themselves as well. We have made quite a few changes to this home from when we first got it. It now has entire vinyl siding all the way up, and a very nice flower box to add a touch of that nice homey feeling when you pull up. The home has two decks, one leading to the front door (smaller) and the other leading to the back door (much larger and nice to sit out on to relax) both doors on same side of home. Inside there are 2 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms. each of them seperated from each end of home to include that privacy you love. The master bedroom is quite large with 3 closets including a walk in closet, and there is a master bath! The other bedroom has two closets and quite large as well fitting a queen sized bed and l shaped desk with still room left over!!! The living room is HUGE and includes a dining area right off of the walk through kitchen (large). This home is also equipped with a seperate laundry room. All rooms are carpeted, except for kitchen and bathrooms and laundry room, with vinyl... There are wood panel walls, but if you do not like that you can paint over it any color you would like. Also you are allowed to have pools on your property, they have to be the blow up ring (smaller size) we had a 15' round 36'' high up and they wanted it under our home insurance because of its size, but we didn't want to so we took it down...... Also, the park allows bon fire pits too, you can have fun, cozy nights to enjoy with a fire as well! This is a very nice, laid back park at 26 mile and m-53 (vandyke)... It's an awesome desirable area....Before move in and final sale you also must be approved by park...Which is not hard they are very easy going people.
APPLIANCES: If you have nothing we are leaving all appliances, such as fridge,glass top stove, front loading washing machine, dryer, dishwasher. We may also consider leaving couch and loveseat and entertainment center (all very nice pieces). We are very friendly and definitely open to discussion on anything.
There are some minor repairs that need to be done as for any older home. However my husband has already started on them! So you will not have to do anything! This home will be move in ready and wonderful to live in!
