this sale is for 12 live red cherry shrimp (plus 2 extras in case of any doa's). red cherries make great pets and are super for algae control in aquariums and water gardens. kids (and big kids) love to watch them grow into beautiful red adult shrimp. i've been selectively breeding these for the past 7 years and select only the largest, reddest females for my breeding pools, some of my breeder females are close to the 2" mark and some so red they are almost maroon in color, no one can match the size and color of my adult shrimp! pic shows two adult females from my line. shrimp you'll receive are young juvenile shrimp so they will be somewhat pale in color when you get them but they will color up fast, especially in a planted tank or pond, they love a heavily planted environment. males stay small and are clear to light pink in color, i mix them up so you'll have no problem breeding your own "herd" and starting your own shrimp farm. they also make great feeders for puffer fish and other meat eating tropical fish. i ship anywhere in the lower 48 for $6. call john @ 863-602-8978 or email Email Me Here
