The first picture is of the parents at full color. The second picture is of young birds before they get the colors. When they're young it can be hard to tell the sex of the birds. The males will get the red feathers when they are between the ages of 5 to 9 months old. They're quiet birds and not as aggressive as your normal parakeet can be. I have two available right now. They're still getting in all their feathers almost done now, ages are around 9 week's old. They are weaned and eating well on their own. Even water bottle trained. I have them on special now for a limited time.
