There's THUNDER in the forecast here in Oklahoma! As we are all excitedly following the progress of our new NBA team, here in Tulsa the town is turning BLUE and ORANGE. As a knitter, I can't wait to start on my team color's 2-toned striped scarf. Decisions, decisions. But, currently in THUNDER season here in OKLAHOMA, it's Too Hot to wear a scarf or fingerless gloves (my normal team apparel). So, what could I make to wear? Then it hit me - this fun head kerchief will keep my hair pulled back out of my face as I cheer on the guys, and is a colorful way to proclaim my team spirit!

I hand knit each head kerchief, so you can help design how you would like it to look. Choose Blue with Orange trim as pictured above. Choose orange with blue trim. Choose Blue & Orange stripes. Want a more lacy head kerchief? I can do that. Are you a fan of a squared off back or do you like your head kerchief to come down to a point? Just let me know.

Each head kerchief will be hand knit after you order it, so you can be a part of the design team. It will take me a few days to create it, and then you can arrange for local Tulsa pickup or I will pack it up to be shipped.

Head Kercheifs can be made in many sizes, but the dimensions for the one pictured above are: 15" across brim, by 8.5" long. The orange stripe at the top is 7/8". There is a one-chain orange trim across the outer edge of the head kerchief - to make the colors Pop! Orange ties complete the ensemble - each about 13" long.
