Tiffany/Chantilly or Chantilly Tiffany cat breed is one of the new cat breeds recognized by CFA and TCA organizations. The breed was named "Tiffany" synonymous with elegance and class, after a Los Angeles theatre. The unusual color and a silky coat texture with minimal shedding make it a special cat. The Chantilly/Tiffany is a breed of minimal care. Its little-shedding coat is often well tolerated by the allergic and needs only occasional combing. The coat is not given to matting. The breed is very healthy, not given to any particular problems. Today this breed is still very rare and almost impossible to find on the pet market in Canada and USA.
