The machine serves for fully automatic feeding, filling and sealing of heavy-duty PE gusseted bags. It is suitable for the bagging of free-flowing granular and flaky products which, due to their relatively low dust content, do not affect the heat-seal-ability of the bag material (head seam). The filled bags are quasi square-shaped and thus do perfectly palletize. The line consists of the filling section, the bag forming section and an unwind unit to accommodate reels of plain or printed gusseted tubing. (attached pic #1, #2, #3, #4)

The Parsons Model EM-4 series of sacking scales are designed to make weighing of free flowing products which can utilize a full gravity feed system.

A single Datatrek microprocessor controls the scales. After this process the bags are run through a horizontal bag flattener.

PALLETIZER

WRAPTEC 40

CAPACITY: 40 PALLETS PER HOUR @ 60 BAGS PER PALLET

The palletizer is programmed to set the desired number of bags wanted per pallet.

A layer of cardboard is placed at the base on the pallet. It is programmed to place five bags per layer set to the size and capacity of the pallet.

Full pallets them move to a lower level where the stretch wrapper applies a top plastic sheet and then begins the number of wraps programmed.

Your pallet is now ready to ship and proceeds on the conveyor to a turn table where it is turrned 90 degrees then on to the end of the line where it is ready for removal by your forklift operator.
