What are Premium Ads?

Premium Ads are paid area and category targeted messages that run at the top of Hoobly listing, member detail, and ad detail pages.

Premium Ads aren't like regular Hoobly ads: Premium Ads can target any area and/or category you wish, without having to choose any particular area or category.

How much to Premium Ads cost?

Premium Ads are bid-for-placement pay per click ads. You determine the maximum amount that you want to pay for each click and Hoobly's Premium Ad system will determine your ad's position based on other advertisers' bids.

Can I set a budget on my Premium Ads?

Yes. You can set a daily budget for your ads. Once your daily budget has been reached your ads will not show again until the following day.

Where will my Premium Ad show?

Premium Ads are shown to users that are browsing the area and/or category that you specify, with no restrictions. This makes Premium Ads the most flexible Internet advertising on the web today.

You may specify your Premium Ad show to users browsing a very specific area, such as a city; or you can specify that your Premium Ad show in all browsed areas--or anywhere in between.

The same flexibility is true of your Premium Ad's targeted category: specific to general.

For example: You may specify that your Premium Ad show in "Florida" / "Any Category" and your ad will show to users browsing Florida ads no matter which category they're browsing. Or you may specify "Everywhere" / "Houses for Sale" and your Premium Ad will show to users browsing the "Houses for Sale" category, no matter which area they're browsing. You can combine any combination of area/category that you like when you place your Premium Ad.

With Premium Ads you may be as general or specific as you like in targeting your audience.

Can I try Premium Ads out first before paying?

Premium Ads require that you have a verified account. The verification fee you pay to verify your account is credited toward your Premium Ads balance so you can try them out.

If I get a Premium Ad does that mean I have to start paying for my Free Ads on Hoobly?

No. The Premium Ad system, which can be used to promote your free Hoobly ad(s), is a separate system from Hoobly's Free Ads system. Using Premium Ads does not affect your Free Ads at all.
