Tha last hour and a half of class will be devoted to "breaking into acting." This seminar takes the mystery out of the process of promoting yourself as an actor in New England and helps you drum up enthusiasm for their services. Marketing involves creating the best promotions for your teens and kids and getting them to the right people, but there's a whole system that actors and parents need to know about how to land work. Subjects covered will include head-shot and resume development, talent agency navigation, approaching casting agencies, building your resume, acting career life while being a child, best ways to get trained, etc. Come ready for some laughs as well as solid advice on how to succeed at your dreams. Parents are welcome and encouraged to attend the "breaking into acting" portion of class. Bring all your industry questions!
