Umbrella cockatoo for sale. My son is allergic so I am selling her for 700$ OBO. I will send her with cage, food, snacks, toys. She says a few words she is still learning. Chloe loves to get rubs under her wings and cuddle up with you and a blanket. She also loves to walk around she thinks she is a dog and will laugh at you also..
