Looking for forever home

Graham is an 11 year old male tabby cat. I've had him since he was a small kitten and now unfortunately I am needing to re-home him do to health issues. He's such an affectionate cat and is great with other animals. He's been raised in a home with several dogs and absolutely loves children. He's very gentle and loves to play. Graham is both neutered and microchipped. This decision has been made with a very heavy heart and I am looking for the best forever family for him. He deserves it.
