message geordonbuck223 about this adBlue and Gold Macaw pair, DNA tested male and female. Male is 16 years old and female is 6 years old. They are both in perfect feather, very bonded and protective of each other. I have had them for two years and they have produced 6 clutches, with 4-5 eggs every clutch. The eggs produced have all been infertile. They groom each other, feed each other and I have seen them try to mount each other. I am not sure if they need a better setup, more space or what but I think they could make an amazing pair if fertility is figured out. They are both super smart, talk & laugh. They have been decently quiet for Macaws (in my opinion still would not recommend for apartment or to someone who wants quiet birds. They are currently eating Roudybush Breeder Pellets, Higgins Macaw Mix & Bird Tricks Seasonal Chop. I am willing to sell as pair or sell male alone (and I will try repairing female with new male I will be picky on who they go to. Not in a rush to sell. $3,500 for single male & $7,500 for pair.
