It is with a heavy heart that I am looking to rehome my beautiful English Cream Golden Retriever, Buddy. At 4 years old, he is fully grown and possesses that classic, calm, and soulful English Cream temperament. Very well behaved, he's a good boy
MEET BUDDY:
The Vibe: Incredibly gentle, affectionate, and low-to-medium energy. He is a true companion who loves lounging, enjoying short walks, and simply being near his people.
The Social Life: He absolutely adores people, is wonderfully gentle with kids, and plays great with other dogs.
The Manners: Fully house-trained, crate-trained, and proficient in basic commands (sit, stay, come He walks well on a leash, with only a slight pull when he gets excited. Doesn't jump up on people, rarely barks, very chill dog.
The Health: Neutered, fully up to date on all vaccinations, and current on monthly flea and tick preventatives. Complete vet records will be provided.
THE IDEAL HOME:
Buddy is deeply attached to his humans and thrives on companionship. The perfect fit for him would be:
Someone who is retired, works from home, or has a lifestyle where he will not be left alone for long stretches.
An owner committed to daily walks. A fenced yard is preferred, but not strictly mandatory for a dedicated walker.
WHY HE NEEDS A NEW FAMILY:
I recently relocated to a working farm where I rent a cabin. The property comes with a flock of 40 free-range chickens. What started as peaceful coexistence has recently turned into Buddy's full-time pursuit. Since I am unable to relocate again, I must prioritize the farm's rules and find Buddy an environment where he can safely be a dog without chicken temptations.
THE REHOMING PROCESS:
To ensure Buddy goes to a safe, committed, and permanent home, there is a $600 rehoming fee.
What is Included: Buddy comes with his two beds, favorite toys, a leash and harness, and a bag of his favorite food to ease the transition.
